Born from a prompt, forged in feeling, one word prompt 1 Minute

Vanish 

The ugliness Of yesterday, 

The regret of the other day,

I’d rather these  things vanish today.  
I can’t seem to move on, 

Because the pain I’ve caused,

Has stained the ones I truly love. 

How I wish it would just roll off.  
To bad we’re stuck with actions,

Actions that don’t truly define us.  

I just want the pain of yesterday to Vanish.  

So I can properly let go of this Anguish.
